Students analyze and identify visual symbols in everyday life and during a museum visit. In this visual symbol lesson, students study associated vocabulary such as analyze and interpret. They find and note attention getting symbols through out their day. They complete a circle graph showing the information. They use their skills of identifying visual symbolism while looking at pictures during a museum visit.
