Students discover how paper reacts to temperature changes in order to cultivate their science prediction skills. In this frozen paper investigation, students paint pieces of newsprint with water and then freeze them overnight, predicting whether or not they will be able to use frozen paper for art work. The following day, the students test their predictions by revealing the frozen paper and attempting to use a variety of art materials to color their paper.
