Students work in teams as they practice and improve their overhand throwing skills in gym class. This website includes a description of "Hail Storm," as well as ideas for varying the activity and adapting it for students with disabilities.

Students already familiar with the proper way to hit a ball with a racket can practice overhand serves. Working in groups, students not only practice their serves but also receive feedback from their group members.
