This is a series of webcasts on literacy and numeracy from the Ontario Ministry of Education. It looks at ways to prepare today's students for a changing, complex future and how some classrooms are addressing this.

This is a cautionary tale, not just for people who have no real idea of what a learning disability is and probably suspect the whole thing is an overindulgent scam, but also for any parent of a child struggling mightily through school.

In this lesson, literacy-based cards will spur participation as students use small motor skills, personal space, and boundary awareness. Color cards and number cards will also be used to cue the children to move in specific ways.
