Young scholars are introduced to the five health related concepts, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility through a game of musical hoops which incorporates math operations.

Students are each given a dice number and then they play a tag game. When tagged, they must add/subtract the number of the person that tagged them to their number, before re-entering the game.

Students use locomotor skills to move to a hoop, where they solve a math problem, and use a locomotor skill to return to the beginning spot.
