Teacher gathers items and place them in a box. Students gather around the table and view each item placed in the box. Then a student turns around so that he/she is not looking at the items. The student guesses what item that was removed.

Students study different pets. In this pets lesson, students look at pictures of animals and identify different pets. They look at homes for pets and color pictures of animals that can be considered pets.
