Buses to replace TTC's 509 streetcar as part of 4-month modernization project
Starting Sept. 3, streetcars on a busy downtown stretch will be taken off the tracks. The 509 Harbourfront streetcar will be replaced by buses in stages over the course of the four-month project. CBC's Anam Khan has the details.
