Socrates and Miss Palomine run through a vigorous series of aerobic exercises that include many of the activities from previous workouts.

Coach Socrates introduces Miss Palomine to exercising with the ribbon stick. They discuss the value of cardio exercises and then Coach Socrates takes Miss Palomine through one of his favorite ribbon stick routines.
