Facebook is facing legal scrutiny over the rollout of Libra, and that's leading some of its partners to step away from supporting the currency.

President Trump said on Twitter Tuesday the signing will take place during a ceremony at the White House on Jan. 15.

Juul says its $1 billion cost-cutting plan will help it "focus on reducing underage use" and invest in scientific research, among other things.
