Young scholars practice the skill of throwing a Frisbee while playing the game of disc golf.

Students develop skills in throwing a Frisbee using forehand techniques or wrist flick.

Students are provided with the opportunity to practice proper body alignment when lifting, carrying and lowering an object.

Students practice dribbling and shooting with the hands. They be on a group of two or three players; each group stand behind one of the ten frisbees or hoops.

Students practice accuracy throwing at targets. This lesson is intended to prepare students for Flying Disc golf.
