  • Use some of the worksheets in a weekly language arts homework packet
  • Spread the lessons over a few months or the entire school year to reinforce the desires themes and qualities 
Classroom Considerations

  • Lessons are based on the book Habits of Mind: A Developmental Series by Arthur L. Costa and Bena Kallick
  • The packet is 82 pages long, but there are many blank pages interspersed throughout
  • Some of the pages and resources are in color, and may not be readable if printed in black and white
  • Table of contents notes which lessons would be applicable to particular grades
  • This resource is only available on an unencrypted HTTP website. It should be fine for general use, but don’t use it to share any personally identifiable information
