- Join to access all included materials
There are three different types of joints in the human body and this instructional activity covers them all. Students discuss the four different types of joints and how they move, they then trek over to the computer lab where they view a PowerPoint. They are expected to take notes by copying down the bold words in the PowerPoint. This instructional activity is OK, but would be better if you had students explore actual mechanical joints to see if they know which type of joint does what in our bodies.
