Identifying elements of literature and using supporting details from the text is a skill vital for reading comprehension and literary analysis. Students use the 5 W's: who, what, when, where, and why to identify literary elements in the stories Train to Somewhere and The Orphan Train. They use the Inspiration program to create graphic organizers which will be the basis of a two sentence summary of the story. All necessary files are included.
