Here are seven abdominal exercises that can be done in three and a half minutes. This is not a full-fledged instructional activity but seven well-described exercises to improve strength and endurance in the abdominal muscles. Each one is done for 30 seconds, definitely a reasonable amount of time to dedicate to this core muscle group. As the class gets stronger, increase the amount of time for each exercise to improve endurance. If this mini circuit were done twice a week during your PE class, just think how much stronger their abdominal muscles would be! Go for it!
