Individual Sports - Final Project

 A very nicely organized learning exercise for a final project on a one-week workout plan for an individual sport. There are four parts to this workout plan: goals, nutrition, safety, and physical activity/exercise. These categories will certainly identify whether the class has learned the important components of lifelong physical activity and its benefits. Getting physically fit and maintaining a one's health takes work.
