Biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, Pectorals, quadriceps, hamstrings, and abdominals. Young athletes rotate through a series of stations, read information and answer questions about muscle fibers, and practice stretching those muscles to improve their flexibility. After a second time through the course, individuals complete a flexibility assessment, recording the improvement in their range of motion.
