Budgeting Lesson Plan

Students explore the world of budgeting as it relates to a monthly income. In this budgeting lesson, students are given a monthly income they apply to a budgeting exercise. Students search the newspaper and internet  to find an apartment with their monthly income limit. Students also take into consideration other expenses like electricity, food, and water. Students are graded based on their accuracy and practicality regarding their ability to balance their budget.
