In this activity, language and movement unite. There are two teachers who will read a command, once in Mandarin and once in English. The students listen to both languages and then perform what the command is.

Read the die to find out what exercise to do and how many repetitions are needed, keep a running tally of rolls to see who gets the highest score.

This lesson is similar to traditional bingo. Each student gets a fitness bingo card. Creating space between them and their peers, students will act out the exercise if they have it on their bingo card.
