Relationship Skills is one of five core competencies identified by The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). The concept of relationship skills include:

• Communication

• Social engagement

• Relationship building

• Teamwork

Elementary school brings forth plenty of opportunities for peer relations. Through social and educational collaboration such as discussion and team-building activities, young scholars can foster positive relationship skills—all of which benefit a learner now and in the future.
