While going through a major depression in her adolescent years, Orly made a promise to herself to be there for people. Her motto, \"Kindness, don't just do it…LIVE IT!\"

Orly's passion took her to the streets of NYC, where she was handing out care packages to those in need, spreading joy and love, and reminding them that who they are truly makes a difference.

\"There's kindness out there. We need more,\" says one of the homeless men she spoke to.

Orly's passion for spreading kindness also led her to write a book. Her new book, Kindness Boomerang: How to Save the World (and Yourself) Through 365 Daily Acts contains 365 daily acts of kindness, one for each day of the year, accompanied by inspirational quotes, personal stories on the power of paying it forward, and tangible steps to change your outlook on life.
