This story is about when Simon and her other 2 children were little. The local ice cream truck would be making its rounds but somehow only managed to reach their street around bedtime. Like clockwork, the kids would all race from the house in their PJ's when they heard the classic jingle of the truck as it rolled up the street. Since it was late, each of them would get an ice cream sandwich and patiently put the treat in the freezer, saved for tomorrow's adventures!
