One of those questions is the greatest weakness interview question. While this question may seem like a trap, it's actually an opportunity to show off your self-awareness and demonstrate how you're continually working to improve. The key to answering this question successfully is to use the STAR method. This stands for situation, task, action, result and I demonstrate interview weakness answers in this video. If you use this method when answering this question, it's much easier to ensure your answer will include a strong example where you describe the situation (what happened), the task (what needed to be done), the action (what you did / the steps you took), and the result (what happened, what was the outcome, either on yourself, team, colleagues, customers or clients in the business). This is also a great method if you struggle with tough interview questions and answers.\n
