Chronic poor sleep is insufficient sleep, excessive sleep or broken sleep, occurring four or more nights per week, for more than one month.\u003cbr/\u003e \u003cbr/\u003e Although you may not feel well from one or two bad nights of sleep, the effects on your body and overall health mentioned in this video refer to chronic sleep loss.\u003cbr/\u003e \u003cbr/\u003e Short-term sleep loss has it’s own negative consequences, particularly on your memory.
