In this video I’ll teach you all the vocabulary you need for discussing these common US diets: Atkins, Keto, Paleo, Whole 30, Gluten Free and Mediterranean. I’ll even teach you the vocabulary you need to talk about fasting! While you pursue your goals of learning English and being more healthy I’ll help you practice the vocab you need. You’ll have more rewarding conversations and improve your pronunciation of these common English words. Speaking English more fluently is a combination of increasing your vocabulary and learning English in the way that native speakers do: by hearing it and repeating as you HEAR it (versus how you read it on a page).
