I am anxious, fearful, and overwhelmed. COVID-19 is, of course, affecting everyone, but I am hear to talk about what the virus means for dancers everywhere. Many artists rely on their art form as income, many rely on their art is a form of stress relief, and many rely on their art for other therapeutic reasons (both mentally & physically). Needless to say, the Coronavirus has absolutely thrown us all for a loop, but there are many ways to look at what's happening. I am here to give you some advice on shifting perspectives and allowing this \"Universal pause\" to be a blessing. I am sending loving, healing, warm energy to you all.\n
