In the Fall of 2012 he will begin working on his doctorate in Educational Technology with a focus on game based learning. He is part of the inaugural cohort of the Online Ed.D. program through Boise State University.

On a personal note, he has been married for 18 years (consecutively, to the same person :) ) and they have two beautiful daughters. When he does have 'free' time, he loves to bike, hike, swim, snorkel, and ski, and play video games.\n
