Let's take a look at the kinds of diseases that exist, what they are on the molecular level, and the scientific strategies available to combat them. We don't need to defend the pharmaceutical industry, but we definitely need to understand that the science behind pharmaceutical drugs is the only strategy available that truly addresses the cause of any medical condition in an informed way, and is therefore the only intelligent approach to treatment.\n
