This lecture is part of Lord Harries' series on 'Christian Faith and Modern Art'. The last century has seen changes in artistic style that have been both rapid and radical. This has presented a particular problem to artists who have wished to express Christian themes. The transcript and downloadable versions of the lecture are available from the Gresham College website Gresham College has been giving free public lectures since 1597.
