And the point we're making here is, we know they interfered with our elections and we have passed sanctions on Russia to hold them accountable. And more importantly, what we intend to do is to make sure that they don't get away with it again. And also to help our allies, to help those democracies, those new and older democracies in the world, who are going to be facing this kind of- Russia aggression again - we need to make sure that we can equip them with the tools they need to stop this from happening in their democracies.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              6. GOP leaders walking out of room \u003cbr/\u003e              STORYLINE: \u003cbr/\u003e              House Speaker Paul Ryan says he's willing to consider additional sanctions on Russia, but stopped short of a direct congressional response to President Donald Trump's summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. \u003cbr/\u003e              Ryan reiterated Tuesday that Russia interfered in the 2016 elections and is a \"menacing government\" that does not share U.S. values. He said Special Counsel Robert Mueller should be allowed to finish his investigation. \u003cbr/\u003e              But the Republican leader did not suggest the House will be responding legislatively
