It's kind of heavy,'\" explains Berry. \"And like Dave grabs it and goes like, 'Uff Da! It is heavy.'\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"SKOL!\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"I learned about this a couple of years ago because of the Minnesota Vikings,\" says Simonett. \"Its origins are when out of legends is when a Viking would conquer another village and to celebrate that he'd maybe drink some beer out of his enemy chief's skull. It means cheers.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"HOT DISH.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Some people may call it a casserole in other parts of the country,\" Simonett explains. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"A very classic Minnesota one is a tater tot hot dish,\" adds Berry. \"It's really good. It's like ground beef and cream of mushroom soup and tater tots on top. Bake it.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"BARS.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Square sheet cookies,\" Berry explains. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"People on the East Coast don't say that. Down south they don't. Out West they don't.  So then you get right in the Midwest, and then they are like, 'I made some bars for you all.' And they'd have Minnesota beer, Vikings and Twins posters on the wall and they had tater tot hot dish on the menu. Went out of business a couple of years ago.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              9.
