I think there's definitely some, some - at least one incredible moment in the show that's going to be completely top secret,\" Groban said.\u003cbr/\u003e              But he also feels that it's important to strike the right balance between being supportive while still celebrating the people in the room.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"I think it's important that you're able to both give a message of inclusiveness, give a message of support, and also keep the energy in the room about the people that have worked this year to be here, and to celebrate that.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              For most of the previous awards season, awards shows like the Oscars and Golden Globes have acknowledged the issue of sexual misconduct and abuse of power. It started with Harvey Weinstein, and even included last year's host Kevin Spacey. \u003cbr/\u003e              Bareilles says the show will be encompassing the values of inclusion without taking away from those being celebrated.   \u003cbr/\u003e              \"I think we want ultimately the tone of the night to be about positivity and inclusively, and you know certainly we're both people who are politically minded, but that's not really what this particular night is about. But you know you can't help but have a socially conscious approach when you're socially conscious people,\" Bareilles said. \u003cbr/\u003e              Groban added: \"If there's a way to have an air of that awareness throughout the course of the evening while still having that celebratory feeling and making it about every man woman and child who's in this room who's who is - this is their night. This is their night and we don't take that lightly either. So it's a balance.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              As for the dual hosts, the Tony Awards done it several times in recent years, including  Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming in 2015, and \"Producers\" stars Nathan Lane and Mathew Broderick co-hosting in 2001. \u003cbr/\u003e              Bareilles feels two hosts are better than one this year.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Selfishly I just am so happy and lucky to get to go through it with Josh,\" she said.\u003cbr/\u003e              Groban then shouted out: \"Same.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"We are actually friends, and so I think our chemistry as people, hopefully will be enjoyable. Because I think we're hilarious,\" Bareilles said.\u003cbr/\u003e              How hilarious?\u003cbr/\u003e              \"We have so many dad jokes between us, and puns. Most of those will not be making it to air,\" Groban said.\u003cbr/\u003e              He called hosting with his partner \"a great natural fit.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Neither of us have hosted a show like this before, so to have each other's back that way, to be able to jump into this as first and foremost as fans of the world that we're hosting. And to be able to have that together, I think makes it more comfortable, more fun for us than if we were to do it solo for sure. For me, at least,\" Groban said.\u003cbr/\u003e              The Grammy-winning recording artist also expressed why the Tony Awards are more than a three-hour advertisement for Broadway.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"I think it's important, not only for New York and for the theater community at large in New York, I think it's important for theater all across the country. I used to watch the Tonys from Los Angeles and my first instinct wasn't necessarily, 'Mom I want a plane ticket to New York tomorrow.' My first instinct was what theater do we have around the corner from us that I can go and experience what I just saw,\" Groban said.\u003cbr/\u003e              He added:\" So, I think it's got an even bigger role. I think it's a commercial for theater period, Broadway, Off-Broadway off Off-Broadway. It's a commercial for the ability to bring people together through this wonderful - this wonderful craft that everybody in here spends every waking hour honing, and so we don't take that lightly at all.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              As for the pressure of hosting Broadway's biggest night, it's a feat that Groban does not take lightly.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Well I think the pressure is certainly there. You're following in the footsteps of some - any time you step foot in a venue like this for any reason you feel the pressure. And, you know, I think we just, we have such great memories of watching the Tonys when we were younger.
