The Time's Up movement getting its own point during the evening so I wouldn't say that they played it safe per se but given all that happened this year in the industry, they had certain beats they had to hit and obviously they hit those beats.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              3. So she came prepared to make a statement. So after calling all the woman in the audience who were nominated for an Oscar or worked on a film to stand up, she said those two words and what those two words are, there is a clause that you can put in your contract demanding for more diversity in your project, whatever you're working on. So Brie Larson for example, tweeted immediately after the show that she was going to take that initiative and demand for inclusion rider in her projects going forward. So it's a really powerful statement.
