It basically takes an artist,\" said Steininger. \"Essentially we're artists, we're sculpting with Legos just like one would sculpt with wood or clay, we just happen to use Lego pieces. And then we look for three-dimensional artists who eventually become master builders but there are only seven of us in the entire world so it's a pretty tough job to get but you don't start off instantly as a master model builder. You have to start off as a model gluer trainee, then you become a model gluer, then a model builder, then a senior model builder and eventually a master model builder. You have to rise through the ranks.
