ahead of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.\u003cbr/\u003e              Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told the media on Thursday that resuming the dialogue and negotiation is the only \"way out to resolve the deadlock and break the vicious cycle on the peninsula.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              Meanwhile, during a joint news briefing, Wang and African Union chairman Moussa Faki denounced a report alleging Chinese construction workers bugged the African Union headquarters, suggesting it was a ploy to destabilize relations.\u003cbr/\u003e              Faki told reporters in Beijing that he didn't believe China would spy on the bloc's headquarters in Addis Ababa.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"No maneuvers could distract and divert us from our mission\" of strengthening relations with China, said Faki, who, flanked by Wang, announced the African Union would open a new office in Beijing later this year. \u003cbr/\u003e              The office is to receive Chinese government
