Nathan Deal declared an emergency for 28 counties in southeast Georgia, areas often bypassed by even the slightest snowfall. Savannah, for one, has not received more than an inch of snow in nearly 30 years.\u003cbr/\u003e              Some in Savannah saw snow for the first time in their lives. \u003cbr/\u003e              Raven Knight said, \"I have never experienced anything like this, this is crazy. I got the ice off my car, I don't really even know how to drive on the road like this in this type of weather.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              Paul Lamb of the Eastern Salt Company in Massachusetts says they've sent around 70,000 tons of salt in the last week to be used in the upcoming storm. \u003cbr/\u003e              Even southern Florida is feeling a chill.
