The Imperial Craft bar takes its influence from New York, London and Paris and aims to match its drinks to customers' moods and...\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan class='full-description hide'\u003eLEAD IN\u003cbr/\u003e              A cocktail bar in Tel Aviv has made it into The World's 50 Best Bars 2017.\u003cbr/\u003e              The Imperial Craft bar takes its influence from New York, London and Paris and aims to match its drinks to customers' moods and desires.\u003cbr/\u003e              \u003cbr/\u003e              STORY-LINE\u003cbr/\u003e              Tel Aviv's Imperial Craft cocktail bar is in particularly good spirits - that's because it's made it into The World's 50 Best Bars 2017.\u003cbr/\u003e              Tucked away in a three-star hotel, just metres away from the Tel Aviv beaches, the bar has been a game changer in the area.\u003cbr/\u003e              It opened in 2013 and has a laid back, colonial-era feel. The owners of the bar brought international bartenders from London, Paris, New York and Athens to curate cocktails with originality. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"What Imperial did is break through the barrier for the cocktail culture in Tel Aviv,\" says one of the four owners, Bar Shira, \u003cbr/\u003e              \"Since it's opened the cocktail culture in Tel Aviv has changed. More bars and more restaurants serve cocktails and put a designated cocktail list.\" \u003cbr/\u003e              According to the owner, the bar is virtually full every day for happy hour, something not very common in Tel Aviv.\u003cbr/\u003e              Mackenzie who is visiting from Texas says it's: \"delicious and the vibe, the environment, is really incredible. It's a really intimate and fun environment.\"  \u003cbr/\u003e              And with its extensive cocktail list the bar aims to offer something different for every mood.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Maybe today you had a very bad day and you want something sweet to cheer you up but maybe on another day you just want something bitter and dry because you feel like it's winter and that's what you want to feel you know,\" says Shira.\u003cbr/\u003e              The World's 50 Best Bars 2017 list was announced in October during a ceremony in London's Southwark Cathedral. \u003cbr/\u003e              The names are selected by over 500 members of an Academy from 55 countries made up of industry experts.\u003cbr/\u003e            \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e              Tel Aviv, Israel - 17 October 2017\u003cbr/\u003e              1. We figured out that every drink is, every time somebody might want to drink a different drink, it's not just 'I like sweet' you know, it's like with food, someday I want a hamburger, someday I want a soup, it doesn't mean that I like a hamburger better than soup.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              16.
