the investigation into contacts between Trump's campaign and the Kremlin. \u003cbr/\u003e              Sessions said in a letter to House lawmakers that he wants to know whether a special counsel might be needed to examine the uranium deal.\u003cbr/\u003e              The letter was from Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd, and it said that prosecutors will recommend whether an investigation is merited, whether any matters currently under investigation require more resources and whether it is necessary to appoint a special counsel.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Are you
