She was also one of the actresses named as a source in the New York Times investigative report on the alleged history of sexual harassment by Weinstein.\u003cbr/\u003e              Before going inside, she praised the journalists who exposed Weinstein's behavior.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"I was very forthcoming about my experience all these years, and it was just the moment when I could be heard when the New York Times was willing to throw their venerable and considerable resources behind the investigative reporting that Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey, who are here tonight, did so well that everyone could hear the story. And in terms of what it means for me to be here, I mean it's tremendous,\" Judd said.\u003cbr/\u003e              Judd expressed that she's felt a variety of positive emotions since the story came out.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"I feel very special, I feel loved, I feel adored, I feel supported. I feel like I am in community and what I really know what that really means for me is that I really have the grace and the power of the god of my understanding with me at this particular moment in my life. And to the couple of women who came up today and gave me anonymous love letters, I'd like to say, you know, this is for you. This really is for you,\" Judd said.\u003cbr/\u003e              And she really hopes this leads to widespread change. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"Yes, we are definitely at a tipping point. And this will be the end of it if we decide that's what we want,\" Judd said.\u003cbr/\u003e              Weinstein has been fired from the company he co-founded with his brother and is now facing criminal investigations in London, New York and Los Angeles.\u003cbr/\u003e              Another of the evening's honoree's, Jane Fonda, thinks the Weinstein scandal will lead to sweeping changes in the workplace. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"This terrible scandal with Harvey Weinstein is getting so much attention. The people involved are so known to the public. His downfall has been so rapid and complete that it's - I believe it's actually shifted things. I feel things are different. How are they different? I think that it will be harder for powerful men to get away with this in the future. I think it will be easier for men to step forward and blow the whistle when they know that it's happening, and I think that women will be more ready to come forward,\" Fonda said.\u003cbr/\u003e              The Oscar-winning actress understands the toll that sexual harassment and assault takes on the victims, and wants to see more than an online trend to solve the problem. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"It's very, very hard when you've been a victim of sexual assault to speak about it because inevitably you feel shame, you feel guilt. You don't want to talk about it. You want to try to forget about it, and so it's... But it is important to step forward, just for your own healing. But now we have to move beyond 'hashtag me too' into actually implement laws and policies that will prevent this from happening and put the perpetrators in jail,\" Fonda said.\u003cbr/\u003e              Noted Women's Rights attorney Gloria Allred has already started representing victims of Weinstein's alleged actions.  She recognizes the courage of Judd to help change the culture, and hold the perpetrators accountable. \u003cbr/\u003e              \"I do think it's very important that Ashley Judd ignited this such (sic) important conversation, nationally and now even internationally, about sexual harassment in the workplace, because so many women suffer from it, so many women haven't told anyone about it, so many women are angry that they have had to suffer in silence, or they never have had any recourse to justice. And so now, anyone who preys on women in the workplace is on notice,\" Allred said. \u003cbr/\u003e              Activist Gloria Steinem compared the actions of Weinstein to something more primal.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"Since it's about power, not sex, really, because Harvey Weinstein and others made good movies with powerful women, you know, it's about - it's about power. And the best example I can think of is the men in prison, who are not otherwise homosexuals, abuse younger and weaker men in the absence of women.
