She said she won't run for governor because she believes she can do more good by staying in Washington. \u003cbr/\u003e              Collins says the Trump administration decision to stop making payments to insurers under the Obama health care law will destabilize the health insurance market.\u003cbr/\u003e              Collins was one of three Republican senators who sunk the Republican Senate health care bill.
