prison.\u003cbr/\u003e              Speaking to The Associated Press in an exclusive interview, Haider al-Abadi said Iraq's judiciary will decide if the teen will face the death penalty.\u003cbr/\u003e              \"You know teenagers under certain laws, they are accountable for their actions especially if the act is a criminal activity when it amounts to killing innocent people,\" he said.\u003cbr/\u003e              Sixteen-year-old Linda W. ran away last summer from her hometown of Pulsnitz in eastern Germany. \u003cbr/\u003e              She was found in the basement of a home in Mosul's Old City by Iraqi forces who are driving IS militants from the city.\u003cbr/\u003e              Al-Abadi added that Turkish nationals make up half of the more than 1,300 women and children being held in a camp near Mosul for suspected IS links.\u003cbr/\u003e              In the exclusive interview on Saturday, al-Abadi said many of those detained were not guilty of any crime and his government is \"in full communication\" with their home counties \"to try and find a way to hand them over.\"\u003cbr/\u003e              So far, al-Abadi said, Iraq only has repatriated fewer than 100 people.\u003cbr/\u003e              Iraqi forces are holding hundreds of IS families at a camp for displaced people in northern Iraq after they surrendered to Kurdish forces at the end of August. \u003cbr/\u003e              That's when an Iraqi offensive drove the extremist group from the northern town of Tal Afar, near Mosul.\u003cbr/\u003e              Al-Abadi also said an operation to capture a town near the Syrian border from the Islamic State group has been launched on Saturday, as part of efforts to control the border between Iraq and Syria and to block IS militants from entering and attacking Iraq.\u003cbr/\u003e              Lieutenant General Abdul-Amir Rasheed Yar Allah said Saturday the operation to liberate Akashat aims at securing part of the borders and the area north of the vital highway that links Baghdad to neighbouring Jordan and Syria.\u003cbr/\u003e              The spokesman for the Joint Military Command, Brigadier Gen. A financial institution to give them very easy loans for a very long period of time for them to establish businesses here and for them to stay here and rebuild their lives. We are talking about this in details and some of these steps are very successful at the moment. Some countries have taken such steps.
