Wellmark though, in March of this year, said they that were going to withdraw from the Iowa market and no longer issue any individual plans, thus 26-thousand Iowans are going to lose any options from Wellmark.  Shortly after Aetna pulled out of the market.  Medica is the one remaining insurer who says they are in the market but they have announced publicly that if they are the only insurer they are going to pull out, which would leave 72-thousand Iowans without any option in central Iowa for an individual plan.\"Mid, participants walking to stakeout6. SOUNDBITE (English) Candace Fowler, Missouri homemaker:\"I have never been to an opportunity like this.  So this is my first and I shared with them in there that I felt that this might be a little cliché, but I felt a little bit like Abraham Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address.  This actually going to be a government by the people for the people today, because who am I? I am just the wife of a Midwestern farmer.  I am married to a farmer, not a farmer's wife and there is a big difference.  One runs a combine and the other doesn't.  But, I did feel like they were listening.  I felt like that they were hearing this and weren't just giving excuses for these plans.  It is frustrating because I have a health concern of my own and without coverage I could lose my vision.  So, it is very much concerning to me what they are going to do.  They didn't offer any plans, they didn't offer any inside advice about what is going to happen in the future. But I did feel at least we had people who were listening and that goes a long way with me. (Reporter: Are you looking for more detail?) Mid, participants walking back into White House  STORYLINE: On the eve of Republican Congressional leaders' planned release of their plan to replace much of President Barack Obama's health care law, the White House held a listening session with who feel hurt by the Affordable Care Act.  The listening session was headed by Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price along with Seema Verma, the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the Roosevelt Room.Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was expected to push for a vote next week on the legislation, which would eliminate much of Obama's 2010 overhaul and leave government with a diminished role in providing coverage and helping people afford it.Dr. Douglas Lake, a radiologist from Ames, Iowa recounted how the death of one child and the serious illness of another had negatively hit the insurance of the physician's group he works for and that with insurance companies withdrawing from his state that potentially thousands would be left without health insurance coverage.Candace Fowler, a homemaker and wife of a farmer in Henry County Missouri told reporters after the meeting thering that she felt the White House had been listening to her concerns.Fowler said she was not given \"any
