(En Marche) party, have come under scrutiny for a possible misuse of European Parliament funds.The investigation is set to lead to a bigger than expected cabinet reshuffle, with Justice minister Francois Bayrou, defence chief Sylvie Goulard and Marielle de Sarnez, the minister for European affairs, quitting the government in the last two days.Richard Ferrand has also stood down as minister for territorial cohesion.
