While Hiroyuki Doko, the owner of a wholesale seafood shop, called the concept of a food themed park on the original site \"a rice cake painted on paper\", meaning more or less the same as the English expression \"pie in the sky\".Koike originally postponed the initial relocation date which was due in November last year over concerns about soil contamination at the new site, a reclaimed area in Tokyo Bay, which was previously a gas plant.Tokyo - 20 June 20171.
