That was amazing guys, it really was. You all are so special and I'm incredibly proud of what you've all achieved and you should be so proud of yourselves and hearing any of talk badly about yourselves makes me very upset because you are so special. You've all battled your demons, you've all dealt with incredibly important, very deep issues that none of you should ever have had to face. I really hope that this journey you've all been on has been positive, has been really reflective for you and you've come away with it fit and stronger and able to deal with the things you need to deal with. I'm so proud of what you've all achieved there. I can't thank the BBC enough and Nick (documentary presenter Nick Knowles) for doing this in the first place. I think you've been fantastic, in highlighting and giving everyone on this documentary a voice. I really think this is a pivotal moment in the change in mental health. I really feel we're on the cusp of something really big and I know the BBC are keen to continue covering mental health and really trying to make that change. As you can see, you know, I have my own reasons for being involved in mental health - what happened to me, my mother when I was younger - but equally, the charity work I do at the moment and the areas that I'm involved in, it all comes back to mental health. So many parts of what I go and visit, the people that I meet, mental health is at the key, heart of all of their problems - whether it's homelessness, pensioner's welfare, addiction - many of that stems from mental health issues and we need to make mental health normal. We need to treat it the same way we treat physical health. It has to be seen in the same way and the more documentaries we have like this, the more we have influential and very important people speaking about their issues and their battles, the better. And for me, working with the Air Ambulance at the moment, I've seen a number of sad situations that have come from suicide particularly, self-harm, and I think it's just a tragedy that we're not talking about this at all. That for me is why I'm here - I want people to talk about it. You know, I think you all agree, the fact you've all spoken about this to each other, the fact that you've done what you've done has probably alleviated, allowed that stigma and that fear or shame that you all unfairly have upon you, to subside and the the more people we can get to talk about mental health the better because the silence is killing people. It really is. It's as bad as that. And I think, yeah, I should stop talking now - otherwise I'll sound like Nick Knowles. So just a huge thank you to everyone involved in producing this. I can't wait to see the second one as well. I wish you all the best in the marathon. You're all successes no matter what you've done but the very fact that you've been involved in this documentary, the very fact you started this process - you're a huge success and you should be very proud of yourselves. Prince William leaving BBC Broadcasting House, getting in carSTORYLINE: Prince William continued to promote awareness of mental health issues on Tuesday as he attended a documentary screening in London. Hot off the heels of his filmed conversation with Lady Gaga, in which they talked about the importance of being open about mental health issues, the Duke of Cambridge met the subjects of a BBC documentary \"Mind over Marathon\".The film follows the journey of ten runners with mental health issues as they train for the London Marathon, which takes place on Sunday. Talking onstage after the screening, Prince William said he was left \"speechless\" and \"emotional\" by the documentary and needed a few moments to pull himself together before continuing. He said how proud he was of the subjects, vocalising his belief that society was \"on the cusp\" of being more accepting of mental health issues. William's speech comes after his brother Harry's interview with British newspaper The Telegraph, where he openly talked about seeing a therapist in his late twenties in order to cope with the death of his mother, Princess Diana.William, his wife the Duchess of Cambridge and his brother Prince Harry have made mental health a focus of their charitable
