Other companies are designing with the commuter in mind.Chicago-based Modobag has zeroed in on the task of moving people across one location in particular - the airport terminal - with a motorized, rideable bag. The Model M comes with all-wheel drive capability and on-board electric motor technology designed to be powerful enough to get over rough terrain. The makers of Halo Board Rover are looking to carve out a space in the hoverboard class as an \"all-terrain\" capable device – able navigate a variety of surfaces. The Rover's heavy duty tyres are part of the package - designed to help give the rider access to off road action.
