The right to a defender follows a request by Argentina's Association of Officials and Lawyers for Animal Rights. The former zoo where the elephants live was transformed into park earlier this year.Officials there are trying to find a new home for hundreds of its animals, but they say that the three elephants would not survive if set free into the wild. The elephants have a normal behaviour within what is normal behavior of the species in captivity. What we state is that from the three elephants, the Asian one is an ancient of 52 years-old. According to our team, it could be at risk during the transportation so it will likely stay at the Eco-Park. The actions to follow would be to invest in the infrastructure and welfare.\"12.
