Bella Dinh-Zarr said Thursday that the engineer involved in the crash at the Hoboken station was no longer in the hospital. She says investigators will be interviewing him.New Jersey Gov. A contractor will be coming in to remove parts of the canopy and that's with the goal of making the area safe for our investigation activities to continue. I also do want to say that my thoughts and prayers go out to the family, there is one victim who is from Hoboken, I'm not at liberty to give any more information, but we do have a Hoboken resident that we lost today, so we're in great sadness over that loss. But again, really appreciate the job our police department, our fire department, OEM, everyone working together to get victims out as quickly as possible, and I did just hear one of the victims just told me a story of how a fellow commuter came and helped him and used his cellphone to call his sister, and kept giving updates on his condition, and stayed with him until he got to the hospital. So there's good Samaritans out there, and in this tragedy we're all still coming together and seeing how we're out there for each other.\"8.
