And I'm completely serious about this I go (dances) 'nope' or 'OK next round,\" explained the star of ABC's \"Black-ish.\"\"Then if it passes that round, is that youthful?\" she continued. \"What do I want to do? What kind of carpet is it? And for the Emmys, I mean it's my first time here and I wanted to keep it brighter and at the same time I'm very comfortable staying 16 and embracing the fact that I'm 16 and I have plenty of time to wear a more revealing dress. For now I'm very happy with a high collar.\"Kristen Bell was most concerned about beating the sweltering Los Angeles heat while walking Sunday's Emmys red carpet. \"Zuhair Murad made the dress,\" she said. \"It was just so fun and whimsical. I felt like doing something different this year. Harry Winston loaned my jewels and I'm very excited to be here. Although I didn't expect it to be what is it? About 106 right now? It's very hot.\"\"Veep\" star Anna Chlumsky made a bold fashion choice with a textured dress and cape from designer Christian Siriano.\"This is definitely form meets function because I am still seven weeks postpartum,\" explained Chlumsky. \"So not necessarily dressing for my normal body - dressing for where I'm at now, feeding my baby and everything. And so Christian Siriano, a dear friend of mine, designed this. I think he channeled the 1950s couturiere and made me just look so fabulous and I feel wonderful. And yeah, it's kind of like a chic towel.\"Neve Campbell also chose a Siriano gown after attending the designer's runway show during New York Fashion Week. \"This is Christian Siriano, who is a fabulous designer. I actually went to his fashion show last week and what I loved about it is there were a lot of plus sizes and tiny sizes and all different shapes and colors. And I think it was a really beautiful thing for a designer. So I like his work and he designed a beautiful dress for me. So there's a lot of it. I'm getting stepped on a little bit, but I feel good,\" she said. \"Black-ish\" co-star Marcus Scribner opted for some sparkle. \"It's got like a nice little sequins going on here. I don't know exactly what the sequins is called, but it's silvery black. So floral pattern I guess you would say. Blinded by the light, yeah. All the lights reflecting off of it,\" he said. \"I'm not a fashionista, but you know I had to come dressed to impress at the Emmys.\"While \"Transparent\" actress Kathryn Hahn channeled Scarlett O'Hara with her velvet Wai Ming dress.\"I love just like no bra, just kind of like after two children, just kind of a saggy boob in the heat.
