Kosovo fulfilled its obligations to ICTY (International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) in (the) Hague and passed through that filter. Kosovo as well answered all the obligations toward EULEX, as a mission present in Kosovo, mission of rule of law. It is unjust and it is inexplicable the fact that we are going for the fourth filter. Our criticism in this is the fact that Kosovo is becoming again a party on the wars of former Yugoslavia on the international law after being three times a party. Croatia was once only through ICTY, Serbia was once through ICTY, Bosnia was once through ICTY. All of those countries are trusted to treat, or to treat all cases of the war except Kosovo. So this is discrimination to Kosovo, to our justice system, rule of law, and to the possibility that once we can prove that we are prepared and ready to treat our past.\"7. Street scene in PristinaSTORYLINE:An ex-commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) on Thursday reacted to the commencement of an international effort to look into alleged war crimes by KLA members during Kosovo's battle for independence.Ramush Haradinaj, who is now the leader of the of AAK (Alliance for the Future of Kosovo) opposition party told the Associated Press that Kosovo had already adhered to international standards and called the move \"discrimination to Kosovo, to our justice system.\"David Schwendiman, a former US federal prosecutor who has also worked in Bosnia and Afghanistan, spoke on Thursday for the first time since his appointment on September 1 as lead prosecutor at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, a separate branch of the Kosovo courts that will have its headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.Schwendiman is investigating allegations made in a 2010 Council of Europe report that senior members of (KLA), including current Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, ran detention centres where civilian captives including Serbs were killed and their organs sold on the black market during Kosovo's 1998-99 war for independence from Serbia.
