So if I were to advise a patient who had a very busy schedule, obviously they would need to adjust their schedule as much as possible and so as much as rest as they could get, obviously taking in fluids not becoming dehydrated is also very important with most patients with pneumonia. And as soon as they can get on the antibiotics the better.\" STORYLINE: An infectious disease expert at Vanderbilt University says, based on the available information we have about Hillary Clinton's pneumonia diagnosis, antibiotic treatment and rest, \"ought to put Secretary Clinton back on the campaign trail in good shape.\" Clinton, 68, unexpectedly left a 9-11 anniversary ceremony in New York after she became \"overheated and dehydrated,\" her doctor said.
